With the Galaxy S3 neo Samsung presents the Galaxy S3 with 1.5 GB RAM and Android 4.4. What else has changed? Not much.
Many S3 owners among you have annoyed when it was announced that Samsung will update on Android to provide 4.4 for the S3. This is because the TouchWitz interface, which is very memory-heavy. Android 4.4 itself runs: from 512 MByte memory without any problems.
The South Korean group, appears to have recognized the potential and announced the “Galaxy S3 neo” now. The device comes with the same display size of 4.8-inch as well as the HD resolution 720 x 1280 pixels. Also the remaining specifications read almost identical to its predecessor, up just on the new memory size.

Samsung Galaxy S3 neo: Specifications

1.4 GHz quad core processor (model type is unknown, presumably Samsung Exynos 4412)

While some are, others might feel bruised: S3 owners be put off with Android 4.3, an update 4.4 does not follow the version as I said.
The Galaxy S3 neo device makes a good impression for the price from €259 (MSRP) and is cheaper than the main version (price at just €280* )) of the two-year-old flagship.
