This casualness, but never careless acting, the AMS 35i has obviously cribbed his Amplifiers cousin AMS 50.
And although he has virtually no technical similarities with tube-equipped precursors sister Musical Fidelity Primo, takes wider CinemaScope-like figure from her a generous loan in the sound of the amplifier. It will improve this distance and naturalness even with an Accuphase E-560 – he also incidentally a class-A amp – only to an infinitesimal. What doesn’t change the fact that the Musical Fidelity AMS 35i the sublime feeling produced quickly and above all permanently to have a perfect amplifier on.
