What test should I take, GMAT or GRE?
Originally the GMAT exam was specifically for people who wanted to study an MBA especially in the United States. The profile was for graduates of Administration, Finance, Marketing, Engineering (Industrial particularly), Law. The GRE was for Masters and Doctorates (PHD) including all other areas, History, Social Sciences, Political Sciences, Health Sciences, etc…. Several years ago that rule was modified, now universities are more flexible and regardless of the area studies accept either one.
In addition, these tests were believed to be unique to the United States, however, today, although they are not required in Europe and Australia, they are highly recommended, what does this mean?
